Vaco Boston is currently partnered with a leading legal services company out of Worcester, MA. Currently we are seeking a driven individual who is looking to use administrative and organizational skills for a Document Control/Mail Analyst position. This would be an onsite position looking for someone to start ASAP

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sort, open, prepare and scan mail
- File documents that have been scanned
- Document Review: Review and classify documents to check for accuracy in scanning
- Document Validation: Confirm document is classified correctly & input necessary information from document
- Properly assemble each mailing into the correct envelope with the correct additives (i.e., CD, return envelope, etc.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack, folding machine and printer.
- Sort and open mail
- High degree of attention to detail
- Data entry experience
- Administrative capabilities
- Facility with computers and technology

- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
