Description

Purpose: The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Quality department with special attention given to the document control procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow documented procedures to revise Quality Management Systems Documents.
  • Maintain Revision Control of a variety of types of Documents to support the QMS.
  • Document release records and distribute release notifications.
  • Coordinate, conduct, and record training to support the QMS.
  • Perform limited Contract Review.
  • Set up, organize, and maintain required files in hard copy and electronically to support the QMS.
  • Create and Compile Certification packages, First Article Inspection (FAI) and/or Production Lot Testing (PLT) documentation.
  • Support the Quality Manager during internal and external audits.
  • Maintain department supplies as needed.
  • Frequent and direct interaction with Customer Representatives.
  • Assist the Quality Manager with tasks to support of the Quality Management System.
Position Requirements

Qualifications - Required
  • US Citizen
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Manufacturing background required
  • 3+ years in a clerical or administrative function.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Advanced computer/typing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills required with ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Must be able to work independently
