Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Excel Expert Needed Location: Mulberry, FL Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Position Overview:

Step into a role where your administrative skills truly shine We're looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant who's an Excel wizard and enjoys the challenge of keeping things organized in a fast-paced, industrial environment. Your main responsibilities will include data entry, payroll processing, and document management, with a sharp focus on meeting deadlines and supporting our high standards for safety and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage data and documents with precision, leveraging your Excel prowess to organize information effectively.
  • Support payroll processing and other administrative tasks using ADP.
  • Uphold company safety standards, ensuring a productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed administrative goals.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: At least 1 year in an administrative role and ADP payroll processing.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, with quick typing skills (30+ WPM).
  • Work Environment: Comfortable working in a unique industrial setting with a hands-on team. This isn't your average office

Skills & Certifications:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt to varied tasks.
  • Comfortable with wearing necessary PPE and working in diverse conditions when needed.
