We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Network Engineer/Technician to join our team in managing and maintaining our large-scale enterprise network. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for performing L2 network troubleshooting, network device installs, network cabling, network device, and cable decommissions, as well as conducting network audits. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to ensure seamless network operations and provide critical support to maintain the efficiency and security of our network infrastructure.
Must Haves:
- Proven experience (3-5years) in L2 network troubleshooting, network device installations, and network cabling in a large enterprise environment.
- Experience supporting large-scale data center network operations.
- Proven experience in driving network issues to resolution on Major Incident calls.
- Strong knowledge of network equipment from leading vendors (Cisco, Arista, etc.).
- Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team.
Plusses:
- Degree or Certifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Cisco DCNM and/or Cloud Vision experience
