This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as generating new leads and developing new accounts.

Qualifications

  • Excellent skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Account Management.
  • Experience in generating leads and developing new accounts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Prior experience in sales and account management in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $60,000 per year (W2)
  • Uncapped Commission
  • Monthly Bonus
