Regional Production Trainer

As a Regional Production Trainer, you will be responsible for the regional classroom and field training of all new hires in Production. You will develop, produce and implement construction training programs for new Production employees.

This position will support SEO based out of Atlanta, GA & the deadline to apply is 9/30/2024.

Primary Responsibilities

Production new hire training activities, to include:

  • Organize, implement, and conduct group Production Training for all newly hired production personnel in their assigned areas of operations.
  • Deliver training on all NVR's construction systems, tools and processes.
  • Evaluate trainees through testing, written or oral, to help measure proficiency and promotion status.
  • Monitor field training of newly hired and experienced personnel for consistency and high quality.
  • Evaluate and document all trainee progress to be reported to HR and trainee's management team.
  • Develop new training material and programs based off the needs of field personnel.
  • Support operational needs from field observations and or manager requests.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with NVR
  • Demonstrated to be a proven leader and trainer within their team/division
  • Must have the recommendation of their direct Manager, department Manager and Regional Manager
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
