RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan and direct some administrative, financial, and operational activities for the SVP of
  • Conserve the SVP of Construction's time by reading, researching, drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing data; initiating telecommunications.

EXPERIENCE
  • 5-10 years of Administrative Assistant and or related experience
  • 3-5 years of experience working in construction industry
  • Experienced in the use of Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload and assigned tasks accordingly
  • Ability to perform complex or varied tasks
  • Detailed oriented
  • Yardi experience desired
