Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the project management department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $50 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research and comparative analysis to support decision-making.

  • Collaborate with users to ensure effective implementation of solutions.

  • Perform configurations, customizations, and testing for IBM Maximo 7.x.

  • Provide operational support and maintenance following the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with IBM Maximo 7.x.

  • Proven experience in collecting requirements and conducting market research.

  • Strong knowledge of the enterprise asset life cycle.

  • Experience using tools like JIRA for project management.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
