The Company: Our client is a well-established community health center who is rapidly growing in Pittsburg, KS serving the underserved community. They believe in treating their patients and employees with respect, as well as providing quality care to every patient.

The Position: Our client is seeking a qualified Associate Director of Pediatric Dentistry to oversee their resident program.The organization provides a team environment with a full support staff for their providers. Our client offers the following compensation and benefits:

  • $275k+ Salary (Based on Experience)
  • Potential Signing Bonus
  • Potential Relocation Bonus (Must Be Moving Soon)
  • Health, Dental & Vision
  • 403(b) w/ 5% Salary Match (No Contribution Necessary)
  • 3+ Weeks PTO First Year

Job Responsibilities

  • 4 Days Per Week (Flexible And Would Consider Other Arrangements)
  • Overseeing Residents With Minimal Clinical Time
  • No Weekends
  • No Major Holidays

Job Requirements

  • Active Kansas License
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • No Call
  • Bilingual Preferred (Not Required)
