  • Develop strategy for enterprise-wide methodology or tool implementation, or planning and implementing enterprise technology changes in all layers of the architecture including front end, middle tier and backend technologies and tools.

  • dvise innovative ideas for business processes to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues as well as advising on options, risk and impacts on business processes and technical architecture.
  • Provide enterprise systems architecture expertise in developing systems supporting common purposes, processes, architectures, and standards.
  • Formulate recommendations on ITSM interfacing, large scale systems, expert systems, and technical problems.
  • Design and review new requirements and new features based on business needs in addition to creating and / or reviewing various ServiceNow objects, data integrations, and reports using Service-Now platform.
  • Deliver IT Services Management (ITSM) solutions based on ITIL best practices.
  • This includes all aspects of ITSM best practices and methods from analysis to planning, implementation, and operations support.
  • Manage technical developers quality of code and delivery on time.
  • Perform and / or manage the performance of daily processing cycles across all systems whether on premise or on Cloud.
  • Perform and / or manage third party ITSM software, tools whether on premise or public / private / hybrid cloud environment.
  • Field questions from technical support staff and company support teams; recommends solutions to end user & member issues.
  • Interface with company support teams to provide technical information and assistance to the teams.
  • Conducts user training to promote the effective and secure use of hardware.
  • Position is 100% telecommuting.
  • Travel / relocate to various unanticipated U.S. locations to interact with clients and train users for short and long term projects.etc.
