gpac, a 30+ years recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in the Construction industry. Our client, a locally owned company with over three decades of experience, is seeking a Construction Office Assistant to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates looking to further their career in the construction industry and work in a fast-paced office environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the construction office team
- Assist with HR, AP, and AR functions
- Manage office organization and filing systems
- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients as needed
- Assist with procurement and inventory management
Position Essential Job Functions:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AR/AP software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and terminology
Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from 70K to 90K based on experience
