ACES FoS (ARIS, FES-IMS) is a family of management information systems that support the base Civil Engineer (CE) and provides commanders and managers - internal and external to the CE Community - current information in peace or wartime decision making. Automated Readiness Information System (ARIS) supports base level and higher Headquarters Civil Engineer (CE) functions in day-to-day operations to prepare for deployment and maintain a high rate of UTC readiness. Responsibilities: Designs and develops software solutions for websites and mobile applications that engage users and meet business requirements. Supports web administrators and designers through the full development lifecycle and contributes to the development of new site features. Develops, implements, and debugs software code. Designs and develops the web infrastructure including back-end database development and the construction of SQL queries via CGI scripting. Requires knowledge of web technologies and tools such as CSS, JavaScript, HTML, PERL, PHP, Active Server Pages, SQL, and C++. Requirements: Knowledge of web technologies and tools such as CSS, JavaScript, HTML, PERL, PHP, Active Server Pages, SQL, and C++.
