Medical Provider

Provide comprehensive primary care services for Access patients in a collaborative effort with all care team members.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Licensed Medical Doctor OR Licensed Wisconsin Doctor of Osteopathic OR Licensed Wisconsin Physician Assistant OR Registered Nurse with License as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber
  2. Board certified (or board eligible) in Family Practice with or without Obstetrics
  3. Insurable for liability coverage as a physician
  4. Evidence of continuing education, as required
  5. Experience with supervising, motivating, and directing medical staff

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with mid-level providers
  2. Experience working with diverse patient population or working within a community health center
  3. Fluency in English and Spanish

Compensation and Benefits
