Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities including

1. Handle sales and distribution within a given geography.

2. Design, develop, and implement sales cookbooks, targets, and plans.

3. Perform root cause analysis of marketing, sales, and customer services operational issues, and measure results against business plans and past forecasts.

4. Create and develop sales strategies and operational procedures to enhance business growth.

5. Provide logistics in building and expanding the customer base and expanding relationships with existing customers by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts

6. Establish standards and processes for contract management across the client lifecycle.

7. In alignment with finance, develop processes and standards for creating, managing, and enhancing pricing data and strategy.

8. Identify opportunities to use automation to improve processes across the client lifecycle.

9. Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns.

10. Compile and examine revenue data, assess territories, and track trends.

11. Audit revenue data to identify areas for improvement in pipeline management and forecast accuracy for both new and existing sales.

12. Analyze the organization's past and present revenue data and forecast future sales.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree.

2. Work experience or internship in BD/Sales/Account management/After-sales.

1. Demonstrated success in integrating talent development.

2. Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders.

3. Proven success in a challenging Sales or Marketing role.

4. Collaboration skills.

5. High capacity for work and engagement.

6. Career-long learner.

7. Creates solutions to issues that do not have a precedent.

8. Cross-functional experience (preferred).

9. Cross-culture-sensitive, open-minded, and flexible.
