Silver Tree Residential, LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Leasing Agent to join our progressively growing team, and oversee all the leasing efforts for Travis Park Apartments. Travis Park is a garden-style community, comprised of 199 units and is located in South Austin's most in-demand neighborhood. The park-like setting has attracted good quality residents, which is demonstrated by a continually low turnover rate.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Present property and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
  • Advertise available units using a variety of media and promoting materials
  • Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospective residents
  • Confirm rental application data and personal references
  • Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
  • Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
  • Other administrative tasks as needed and/or deemed appropriate by Community Director

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' industry experience. Preference will be given to applicants with HUD knowledge and Onsite software experience. The position will require organization, the ability to multitask, excellent communication and closing skills, and a positive, upbeat attitude. A professional image must be maintained by following our dress code and appearance standards as set forth by the employee handbook. We are looking for a team player with a passion for property management to join our team.
