  Essential Duties and Responsibilities Previous experience supporting CMS is highly desired.
  • Candidate will be required to support the proposal writing and oral presentation phases of this support this solicitation.
  • Previous experience/knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Extensive knowledge of software asset management and software asset management tools and technologies.
  • Extensive experience in developing and maintaining software license inventories and “proof of license ownership” and “proof of license purchase”.
  • Extensive experience in managing support documentation for software license management (e.g., user manuals, purchase docs, supporting documentation).
  • Extensive knowledge of identifying unused or underutilized software licenses.
  • Experience with examining the existing software license population, analyzing usage, performing gap analysis, reviewing discovery data, and providing sound recommendations to management.
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least five (5) years of experience
