Schedule: PRN, On-Call, Contract, Part-Time, Full-Time
Pay Rate: $20 to $22.40/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Support Associate (CSA) to join our team in providing exceptional care to newborns requiring intensive medical attention. The CSA will play a key role in supporting healthcare professionals in a specialized neonatal care unit, assisting with patient care, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for infants with complex medical needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist nurses and medical staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
  • Support infants requiring specialized care, including those with critical medical conditions.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
  • Assist in preparing medical supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Document patient information accurately and promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum two years of current Nursing Assistant experience or equivalent.
  • At least one year of hospital experience required.
  • Completed a nursing assistant course or equivalent experience.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $22.40 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
