Salary: $21.34 per hour/$43,000 annually
Many associates see a base salary increase of 10% within their first year. Exceptional performers can achieve increases as high as 15%
Qualifications & Skills:
- Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service that builds trust and enhances customer satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills with an emphasis on listening and empathy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Open-mindedness towards learning new skills and adaptability to changes.
- Receptive to constructive feedback to facilitate your performance growth.
- Strong computer and multitasking abilities.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Annual Salary
$21.34 - $33.75
The above annual salary range serves as a guideline, with various factors influencing the final hourly rate or annual salary offered. These factors include the role’s responsibilities, the candidate's experience, education, location, and market conditions.
