What You'll Be Doing: Assist Project Managers and Technicians in successful completion of assigned tasks Manage an inventory or electronics spare parts to include ordering parts at certain levels and learning how quickly some of the inventory is used. Collect and analyze data. Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and correspondence. Order and sign for spare parts and materials as needed. Review and create invoices and Purchase Orders. Prepare required reports for various customers. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Associates Degree in Business (or equivalent) and typically 8+ years of experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in the assigned area of specialty. Ability to properly hear and understand or interpret verbal instructions and properly perform such instructions in English. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite. Willing to learn new computer systems. Attention to detail. Calm and professional demeanor through all communication mediums. Must be able to work independently Must be able to pass Parsons and client background check and drug screening. Driver’s license required. (Must be able to meet our insurance requirements.) What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Minimum 2 years experience on a similar project Ability to carry up to 35 pounds for short distances. Ability to use warehouse lift equipment or willingness to be trained. Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/None This position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.
