Job Title: Light Industrial Assembler

Job Description

This 1st shift position offers competitive pay and minimal overtime. You will be responsible for assembling and wiring electro-mechanical chassis and systems, ensuring quality and efficiency in all tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Study, understand, and follow assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, job travelers, facility procedures, and parts list.

  • Position parts and subassemblies using templates or by reading measurements.

  • Report assembly, equipment, material, and/or quality problems to the Manager to obtain additional resources or direction.

  • Complete preventive maintenance per schedule/instructions.

  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with PPE procedures, work rules, and regulations.

  • Document actions by completing production and quality forms.

  • Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks or rotating through different processes/jobs as required or directed.

  • Operate per established Company Policies and Procedures.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and assembly documents.

  • Mechanical aptitude; ability to use hand and power tools.

  • Prior electrical/electronic wiring.

Work Environment

This is a very clean and climate-controlled environment. The company prides itself on a positive working culture, so new employees need to be able to get along well with others. Shift hours are from 6:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Thursday, and 6:30am to 3:00pm on Fridays, with every other Friday off.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEWIS CENTER, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00
