As a Behavior Technician within our Applied Behavioral Analysis program (ABA), you will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Position Qualifications:
  • Suggested 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field and/or a student enrolled in a therapy curriculum program.
  • Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training is preferred.
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or the desire to obtain certification through additional training and supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload.
  • Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
  • Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.
