We are looking for data scientists with a strong mathematical foundation, experience building AI-based solutions on real world data, and a pioneering mindset to join the team and help deliver new AI innovation into our platform. Responsibilities • Work with domain experts, perform data studies and analysis on billions of records from our one-of-a-kind dataset to identify meaningful business opportunities • Apply statistics, machine learning, and a variety of other techniques to analyze the data, generate models, and prototype new AI solutions • Build production ready prototypes and collaborate with others to bring concepts to life in the product. • Communicate findings to stakeholders and a broader audience of technical and non-technical persons. • Thrive in different working environments. Both in independent, self-driven, research and development, and in collaborative, team-driven, projects. Basic qualifications: • Education and experience in a quantitative field. PhD, or master’s degree plus 2 years of experience. • Experience in at least 1-2 machine learning or AI subfields, including but not limited to regression, classification, deep learning, time-series analysis, clustering, NLP, transfer learning, etc. • Programming experience and the ability to rapidly develop prototypes of new solutions • Experience with SQL or another database technology. • Experience with Python or with another scripting language. • Experience with programming packages like Pandas. • Practical ability to visualize data, communicate meaningful business insights, and utilize them effectively. Preferred qualifications: • Experience with ML Models deployed in SaaS applications • Experience with big data tools and frameworks, such as Cloud ML or Big Query • Willingness to learn new tools as they become needed. The pay range for this position is $86,100 to $123,800 , however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
