In this role, the Senior Financial Analyst / FP&A Manager will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, forecasting, budgeting, and providing insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Financial Analyst / FP&A Manager will:

  • Consolidate and analyze financial data from various sources, such as income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, etc.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain financial models, projections, and scenarios to support strategic planning and decision making
  • Perform variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct market and industry research and benchmarking to evaluate the company's performance and competitiveness
  • Provide financial guidance and support to various departments and projects, such as sales, marketing, operations, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure data accuracy and alignment
  • Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, and/or a related field
  • Experience with financial software and systems, such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.
  • Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of HVAC products and services, market trends, and industry best practices
