Our client is seeking a D365 Dynamics Senior Business Systems Analyst for Dynamics F&O implementation Job Title: D365 Business Systems Analyst F&O Location: REMOTE Pay Range: $120K What’s the Job? Business Systems Analysis, Dynamics 365 Implementation F&O, UAT Testing, Facilitating Workshops, Creating User Stories, Functional and non-Functional requirements, working with stakeholders What’s Needed? Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and quote to cash ERP platforms. Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on project results Stay current with customer needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (for example, emails, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists, updates) to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences (for example, senior management, Customers, technical staff) Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others; identifying and initiating projects; managing resources; driving the resolution of issues; and holding self and team accountable for results. Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process. Assess business process and system inefficiencies. Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates. Proven experience in business process reengineering and systems analysis. Strong skills in writing user stories and understanding different types of requirements. Ability to write and facilitate test cases and user acceptance testing. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Strong communication skills and comfort in facilitating large group discussions. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, management information systems, or related field. Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in Business Systems Analyst roles.
