Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse
  • Facility maintenance as assigned
  • Service company vehicles as needed
  • Deliver and service rental units as assigned
  • Assist with parts research and sending service proposals
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts
  • Asist customers with phone orders
  • Pull parts from the warehouse for pick-lists and place in technicians bins for upcoming jobs
  • Manage incoming stock orders and maintain organize in parts room
  • Control parts room access and assist technicians picking parts
  • Assist technicians with loading trucks and deliver parts as needed
  • Travel to Maryland office to deliver or pickup equipment as needed
  • Follow schedule in the CRM and complete jobs as assigned to include all paperwork needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time
