TheLocums Hospitalist Medicine Physician will manage and round on a daily patientload of 18-22 individuals, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care.Responsibilities include performing rounds in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU),with vent management required as part of patient care. The physician willcontribute to a daily census that typically ranges between 130-150 patients.
Requirements:
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active medical license in Tennessee.
- Proven experience in hospitalist medicine, with a strong understanding of ICU protocols and vent management.
Chattanooga is known for its beautiful naturalsurroundings, including the Tennessee River, Lookout Mountain, and numerousparks and trails. The city's location along the river and its proximity to theAppalachian Mountains offer a range of outdoor activities such as hiking,biking, and rock climbing.
