Business Analyst, Senior

The Opportunity:

We're looking for someone like you to propel business analytics and processes forward as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.

As an IT business analyst, you'll develop leading-edge applications, websites, systems, and products. Partnering with your team of architects, developers, testers, business analysts, DevSecOps engineers, data scientists, and AI/ML engineers and leading user experience specialists and content strategists, you'll identify clients' business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you'll deliver high business value products to users, researchers, clients, customers, and other audiences.

You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience supporting technical projects or programs

  • Experience supporting the development of program documentation and policies

  • Knowledge of the spectrum of cybersecurity compliance for contractors, including FedRAMP, GovCloud, and Risk Management Framework (RMF)

  • Ability to advise government leaders in cybersecurity matters

  • Ability to support planning, development, and coordination of efforts to improve the overall execution of programs

  • Top Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with AWS, Google, Microsoft, or Oracle

  • Experience with Agile Methodology and Jira or Confluence tools

  • Knowledge of Cloud Computing Technologies such as software and security operations, DevSecOps, software supply chain, and risk management

  • Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity policies and practices

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology

  • Cybersecurity Certification, such as Security+ Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
