Job Title: Insurance Defense Paralegal

Job Type: Full-Time, IN-OFFICE

Job Description: They are seeking a motivated and skilled Insurance Insurance Defense Paralegal to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance defense, personal injury, and/or medical malpractice and be adept at assisting in a variety of complex legal issues.

Desired Experience:
  • 3-6 years’ experience required, preferably in Insurance Defense
  • Proficient in legal software (Westlaw, LexisNexis)
  • Need to be able to manage caseload, conduct legal research, draft pleading, prepare for depos, and trails
  • Manage, review and update the docket
  • Manage and coordinate attorney timekeeping and all schedules, calendars, and travel plans for attorneys
  • Medical Records Requests experience helpful but not required
  • eDiscovery experience helpful.
  • Experience drafting motions, summons, and complaints in the State and Federal Courts
