The mission of the Lone Wolf program is to support, operate, and maintain the Distributed Continuity Integrated Network - Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES) which is a DoD-provided, TS/SCI, integrated voice, video, and data global communications network that facilitates collaboration among senior leaders and key staff. Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Integrated Master Scheduler include, but are not limited to, the following: Develop and maintain a Microsoft Project resource-loaded schedule that integrates across multiple functional areas. Integrate schedule development, resource tracking and analysis, critical path development and analysis, build project plans, assessments, and mini schedules as required. Interface with workflow management, project managers, engineering, fielding and deployment, and other functional areas to develop project schedules and respond to changes and issues. Participate in daily telecoms and scheduling meetings and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities which pertain to operations support. Conduct and facilitate weekly IMS meetings with project managers. Prepare and brief monthly IMS overview and trends to government leadership. Requirements: Experience with MS Office products, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and especially Project. Exceptional attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong critical thinking, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Clearance Required: Must have active Top Secret clearance with SCI or TS with the ability to acquire SCI Minimum Education: High School Diploma Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years of relevant experience Preferred: Experience working with ServiceNow. #javelin
