Participate in Interdisciplinary Group meetings, identifying social-psychological issues and their interrelatedness with medical problems. Assist in coordination and participation in Ultimate Gift Programs, such as Gift of a Day and Veteran Recognitions. Reliable personal vehicle/transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to safely operate said vehicle to visit patients and perform job duties within the field. Social Work Benefits & Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with support for the on-call team. Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO. Continuing Education Reimbursement.
