Job Responsibilities Social Media Management: Independently manage social media channels for assigned accounts, including daily publishing, engagement, listening, monitoring, and issue escalation. Content Creation: Develop compelling content (copy and visual assets) for social channels. Client Relations: Support account team members in maintaining and growing client business. Data Interpretation: Analyze data to create reports and meaningful insights for clients. Trend Reporting: Identify and report on relevant platform and content trends. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years of professional client management experience, preferably with large brands or agencies. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a hybrid work environment. Strong analytical skills and relentless attention to detail. Proficiency in leading social media platforms and trends. Active use of major social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt writing for varied audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and collaboration tools. Outstanding customer service skills from previous roles. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines while exceeding expectations.
