St. Vincent Hot Springs is a full-service hospital that has a diverse case mix with nearly all specialties being represented besides transplants. The anesthesia team will be composed of 5 MDs and 18 CRNAs. Daily staffing grid is 3 Anesthesiologists and 12 CRNAs with a rotating call schedule when working with no weekend call Typically, Anesthesiologists will work 5 week day call shifts per month.
Anesthesiologist compensation is $580,000K annually on a 1099 with 13 weeks off per year EAM covers all provider malpractice insurance and provides access to group benefits through a 3 rd party partnership.
