Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Visual inspection of vehicles for any damage
  • Completion of required internal and or customer forms
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all quality issues to management
  • Inspect Vehicle Exterior and completely polish with Rotary and DARO polishers. Remove all marring/ holograms from the paint. Repair of heavy scratches using compound
  • Wipe Down/ Clean/ Polish entire car
  • Provide feedback and Continuous Improvement Ideas to management as needed
  • Perform other assignments as directed
Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Complete understanding of, or ability to quickly learn paint finish and detailing processes
  • Must be capable of carrying our specific work procedures and directions
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast paced and very demanding environment
  • Ability to read/ write and comprehend verbal/ written instructions in English
  • Ability to work unsupervised and be accountable for assigned tasks
  • Must be able to lift, carry and hold items up to 50lbs
  • Ability to bend, stoop, stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Able to work in all weather conditions
  • Have a valid driver's license and ability to drive both manual and automotic transmissions
  • Good communication skills, able to work well with others and keep good relationships with others
