Your role

Are you a highly motivated person with a positive outlook and eagerness to serve?

We're looking for a Client Associate to:

• Promptly answer and respond to telephone inquiries to resolve client questions to your best ability
• Handle and gather confidential information for opening new accounts and service requests
• Educate clients transitioning to online services and instruct mobile application capabilities
• Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries
• Accurately process and follow up on disbursements
• Enter client data in company software systems
• Assist the team with delegated assignments

Your team

Ascend Wealth Partners operates around the wants and needs of our clients, using tools like customer feedback to improve efficiency and provide value. While our industry leading team spans through Las Vegas, Beverly Hills, and Santa Fe, this opportunity is located in the Summerlin/Las Vegas branch.

Your expertise

• Series 7 & 66 licenses as well as Life and Health insurance preferred but not required
• Bachelor degree preferred but not required
• Ideally 1-5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• Personable, attentive, and detail oriented
• Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Willingness to achieve goals and self-improvement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
