Duties Include: Coordinate & plan staff schedules, taking staff needs into consideration. Coordinating all staffing requirements in the Facility and Clinics. Patiently deal with last minute changes in scheduling. Deal with staff call-outs appropriately by following proper protocol. Assist with recruitment needs by advising HR of open positions. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements Include: Should have excellent computer skills (MS word, excel, outlook etc.). Background & experience in staffing preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology a plus. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills are required. Candidates should be Highly Organized, Professional & Motivated. Strong problem-solving skills with ability to multitask & prioritize.
