The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient check-ins, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced medical office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Check patients in upon arrival
  • Verify insurance information and attain authorization when applicable
  • Notify practitioners of patient's arrival
  • Confirm practitioners have proper forms for mentioned patient
  • Collect co-pays and deductibles
  • Obtain all necessary medical records in order to file insurance
  • Submit patient orders to the ordering department once approval has been attained
  • Ensure proper paperwork is in charts
  • Process mail, EOBs, payments, invoices, etc daily

Experience:

  • Previous medical administrative experience required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be comfortable with background and drug screening
