SCOPE
• Set up and maintain master document registers on prescribed software
• Liaise with and support the project teams on all aspects of document control
• Manage and record the throughput of all project documentation from internal departments, clients and suppliers
• Work with internal departments to ensure documentation is made available for review
• Compile reports as required by the Project teams
• Ensure timely supply of documents for project requirements and excellent quality of documents
• Organize documentation enabling provision of hard copies, database backup and archival
• Take responsibility for Project document backup and archiving processes
• Examine documents, such as blueprints, drawings, change orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data
• Confer with document originators or engineering liaison personnel to resolve discrepancies and compile required changes to documents
• Post changes to computerized or manual control records, releases documents, and notify affected departments
• May prepare reports and memorandums

Requirements:
• Large Construction Project experience
• Prior experience in Document Control and an in-depth knowledge of Document Management processes
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Knowledge of various document control software
• Knowledge of the power industry would be beneficial
