We are seeking a compassionate and experienced travel social worker to support one of our inpatient teams (general medicine, cardiology, oncology, ICU, surgery, OB, neurology, trauma) and/or our ED department.
In this role, you will provide clinical support, advocacy, and psychoeducation to admitted and/or ED patients and their families throughout their stays.
You will be responsible for completing comprehensive psychosocial assessments, participating in applicable rounds, and collaborating with the medical and nursing teams to ensure coordinated and integrated care delivery and sound discharges.
Experience at a level 1 Trauma center is preferred.
Candidates need to have Bachelors and be eligible for the LSW license to be eligible for this position
