Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans for patients and families
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions as well as group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for patients
  • Develop and implement behavioral change and educational programs for patients
  • Provide crisis intervention services and emergency response as needed
Requirements
  • Master of Social Work degree from an accredited program
  • Current Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure
  • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish required
