One of our leading healthcare industry client is actively looking for motivated LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) for multiple locations in Texas.

DUTIES

  • Provide one to one care to infants, children, and adolescents in a home environment
  • Execution of physician's prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care in system of record.
  • Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
  • Patient assessments and coordination of care.
  • Health, promotion, teaching, and training of family members.
