Join the Birdon team and help ensure USCG boats are safe and reliable Our Assemblers are an integral piece of our work on a daily basis. Some of your daily functions will include: Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies. Positions parts and sub-assemblies by using templates and reading measurements. Completion of production and quality forms. Minimum Requirements 1 year experience in a mechanical assembly environment High School Diploma or GED Ability to read blueprints and schematics Schedule We currently work four days a week, Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts (4/10s) Birdon is committed to the HEALTH and SAFETY of our workforce and to the ENVIRONMENT we work in.
