Job Summary:

The ACCS Clinician works closely with program participants and outreach staff to facilitate individuals' personal growth and recovery from mental health challenges. This role provides clinical expertise, support, and supervision to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with participants within required timeframes to provide ongoing support and guidance.
Collaborate with other service providers and DMH staff to coordinate treatment and case management of program participants.
Complete required paperwork within specified timeframes, including initial intakes, Comprehensive Assessments, Individual Action Plans, quarterly and annual reviews, Safety and Wellbeing-Check Plans, Risk Management Plans, and Discharge Summaries.
Provide ongoing training on evidence-based practices to all staff, utilizing a strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach.
Participate in on-call rotation and perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications:

Clinical Master's degree.
Massachusetts clinical license or license-eligible required (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LADC-1, ABA, etc.).
Experience providing clinical and recovery services to individuals with mental illness.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
Ability to complete clinical documentation in a timely manner, with good communication and writing skills.
