We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for our Client. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing mental health assessments and counseling services to clients of all ages.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Providing individual, family, and group therapy
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Advocating for clients and connecting them with community resources
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
- Participating in regular supervision and continuing education to stay current on best practices in the field

Qualified candidates must have a Master's degree in Social Work and be licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in the state where they will be practicing. Previous experience working in a clinical setting and knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively with a diverse client population.
