Your responsibilities will include answering phones, managing correspondence, keeping records, and performing various administrative tasks.Handle paperwork for new hires, firings, transfers, etc. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and timekeeping. Manage the employee performance review process. Help with recruitment activities like job postings, interviews, and onboarding. If you are a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, a passion for maintaining a well-organized office environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and assisting with inquiries.
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Job Posting
  • Scheduling employees
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation to ensure easy retrieval and organization.
  • Assist in data entry and logging of essential information.
  • Provide general administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating office activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless flow of information and tasks within the office.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
  • Spanish Bilingual is required.
