Job Title: Marketing Compliance & Privacy Enablement Analyst

Job Details:
The Marketing Compliance & Privacy team supports all aspects of marketing compliance and privacy across the Marketing organization, and promotes Salesforce's #1 value of Trust. Our mission includes enabling Marketers on policy requirements and risk remediation.

Role and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will serve as first line compliance support for marketers, promoting awareness and helping them align their marketing activities with Salesforce requirements. This role will also coordinate with other business units such as legal and regional operations teams.

The successful candidate will be able to quickly develop a working knowledge of existing outbound marketing and data privacy compliance policies and enablement resources. They will also be able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams in different geographies, exhibit sound business judgment, and be agile and quickly adapt to changing priorities. The successful candidate must have a hands-on approach, and must be comfortable working in a very fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

Experience:
- 2+ years of enablement experience, preferably supporting a marketing organization(s)
- Proven track record of driving results and building effective relationships with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, take ownership, manage and successfully deliver project results
- Experience with marketing programs and activities

Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong comprehension skills to understand existing policies and enablement resources
- Organized, responsive, and able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Attention to detail and effective organization
- Ability to multitask effortlessly and manage competing priorities under demanding deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage to timelines and milestones
- High energy with the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Bonus points for privacy focused certifications (ex. IAPP)
