Overview

Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical) | Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield | Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance) | Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems | Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.

Major Position Responsibilities

• Assists with preventive maintenance and skilled repairs on electrical and mechanical production equipment and systems. • Follows standard procedures to monitor equipment for performance, safety, and effectiveness. • Assists with performing equipment failure analysis to complete preventive and unscheduled maintenance. • Supports with troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems. • Logs equipment modifications and maintenance details in the designated system.• Follows prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintains quality standards

Basic Qualifications

Required Education:  Attending a Vocational/Technical School or internal training program or Equivalent Combination of Relevent Education & Experience or Skillset

Preferred Education: Vocational/Technical Training Degree Discipline/Major: Technical training preferred
