YOUR DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - DISPATCHER

As a Customer Service Representative - Dispatcher, you play a huge role in our success. Each day, yours is the friendly voice our customers hear when they call, and you set a positive tone for all their phone interactions with our company. Eager to assist our customers, you listen carefully to their concerns. You then schedule an appointment or dispatch a technician, depending on each customer's need.

An avid learner, you happily tackle any other duties that our office team needs help with. As you do so, your skillset increases, and our office runs like clockwork. You love being part of our exceptional team and are proud to help our company thrive

WHAT WE NEED IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - DISPATCHER
  • Willingness to learn
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Word and Excel

Are you personable and friendly? Do you have great phone skills? Are you adept at keeping a schedule orderly? Can you prioritize your time and manage multiple tasks? If yes, you might just be perfect for this scheduling position

YOUR SCHEDULE

This scheduling position enjoys a work-life-balanced schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
