Certified Nursing Assistant Santa Barbara, CA Solutions NeuroRestorative facility located on North Patterson Avenue Adult Residential Facility (ARF) 2 FT positions open: Fulltime evening shift; 4pm-12am; Monday-Friday Fulltime NOC shift; 12am-8am; Monday-Friday Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, life insurance and more) for fulltime positions $18-$21 based on experience Additional $2 NOC shift differential for hours worked between 7pm-7am On-demand pay via Dayforce Wallet Tuition reimbursement up to $1,000 for new grads Would you like to make a difference every day in someone’s life? In this role you will carry out rewarding work and play a crucial role in the success of our organization. Take basic vitals such as heart rate, temperature and blood pressure Provide training, assistance and supervision to individuals receiving care in the areas of living skills, therapeutic recreation, and other forms of assistance in both residential and community settings. Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration. Facilitate the working relationships between employers and individuals served, and support community involvement by accompanying them on outings, or providing transportation to work or other activities. Work closely with our clinical staff to support the therapeutic and behavioral plans in place. Qualifications: Six months to one year of experience in the human services field preferred Completion of CNA certification program; Current California CNA certification One year CNA experience preferred, ideally experience with medically complex patients Current in CPR for Healthcare Provider Ability to effectively communicate with staff, residents, and families A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach Whether you have previous experience in a role like this, or this just sounds like the type of impact you want to make… we want to hear from you Why Join Us?
