Position Summary: We are in search of dynamic and enthusiastic Solar Sales Representatives to join our team. You will play a key role in educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy, customizing solar solutions to meet their needs, and driving the sales process from start to finish. This is a performance-based role with significant earning potential, typically ranging from $100,000 to $200,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential customers to discuss their energy needs.
  • Present Purewatt Solar's products and services through both in-home and virtual consultations.
  • Develop and deliver tailored solar proposals and quotes.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture client relationships to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to contract completion.
  • Work collaboratively with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, solar technologies, and government incentives.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Strong desire to succeed with a competitive mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • No prior sales experience required; comprehensive training provided.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Physical ability to work outdoors, walk long distances, and stand for extended periods.
