EisnerAmper is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to support the development of an internal platform. In this role you will be data driven, have a customer mindset, and passionate about technology. You may have some engineering management background with a proven track record of hands-on development delivering impactful solutions through technology. What Work You Will Be Responsible For: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing. Identify and address technical challenges and risks, providing effective solutions. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience as a full stack software engineer. Preferred/ Desired Qualifications: Experience with at least one or more object-oriented programming/support languages (Preferably C#/.NET). Experience with relational and document databases, such as SQL Server & Cosmos Db. Experience with Azure, AWS or other cloud providers. Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation. Experience with message bus technologies (RabbitMq, Kafka, Azure Service Bus). Experience with Javascript and/or WASM (Web Assembly). Generative AI experience a plus. Strong communication skills, strategic and analytical thinking, collaboration, and leadership. Expertise in defining, scaling, and delivering software products leveraging software development process through an in-depth understanding of customer needs.
